3.4. You must ensure that your use of the Platform does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, data privacy rights, or any applicable regulatory obligations.
3.5. You agree not to misuse the Platform for fraudulent, unlawful, or defamatory purposes. You must use the Platform only for good-faith collections – and not for harassment, intimidation or any other nefarious purposes. We reserve the right to recall / refuse to send or engage with any user using the Platform for such purposes.
4. Delivery of Requests
4.1. The Platform offers methods for sending payment requests, which may include email, electronic document delivery, or postal service via third-party providers.
4.2. No Guarantee of Delivery: While the Platform may provide proof of dispatch (such as an email confirmation), we do not guarantee the successful delivery, receipt, or acknowledgment of the payment requests by the recipient.
4.3. We are not responsible for any loss, claim, or damage resulting from failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of payment requests.
4.4. We are not responsible for any correspondence, disputes, or claims arising from a recipient’s response or lack thereof to a payment request.
5. Account Registration and Security
5.1. To use the Platform, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
5.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and/or information used to generate and send a payment request.
5.3. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately.
6. Fees and Payment

6.2. Payment must be made in advance using the payment methods available on the Platform.
